Über mich – Gewaltfreie Kommunikation und empathische Führung
Im Jahr 2013 begann meine Reise mit der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation (GFK). Frisch getrennt, Mutter eines dreijährigen Sohnes, las ich im Urlaub in Südfrankreich das Buch „Cessez d’être gentil, soyez vrai!“ (Sei nicht nett, sei echt!) von Thomas d’Ansembourg.
Dabei wurde mir bewusst, dass es eine Kluft gab zwischen dem, was ich las, und dem, was ich lebte.
Diese Erkenntnis führte mich auf meinen Weg in die empathische Kommunikation.
Heute begleite ich Teams und Führungskräfte in Veränderungsprozessen – um Räume zu schaffen, in denen Menschen aufblühen und Kommunikation zu Klarheit, Verbindungen und Wachstum beiträgt.
