About me – Nonviolent Communication and empathic leadership
In 2013 my journey with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) began. Freshly separated, mother of a three-year-old son, I read the book "Cessez d'être gentil, soyez vrai!" (Stop being nice, be real!) by Thomas d'Ansembourg on vacation in southern France.
I realized there was a gap between what I was reading and what I was living.
This realization led me on my path to empathic communication.
Today I support teams and leaders in change processes – to create spaces where people flourish and communication contributes to clarity, connection and growth.
